After studying abroad my junior year of college in Argentina, I ended up spending two more years in Buenos Aires and studied with incredible Argentine piano professors including Marcelo Katz, Lilián Saba and Nicolás Ledesma. I studied Argentine tango, folklore, jazz and composition, inspiring my first professional CD that I recorded in Buenos Aires, January of 2010.
Following Argentina, my musical adventures continue in Spain. I spent two years as an English teacher, first in Jaén, Andalucía (Southern Spain) and then in Barcelona (Northern Spain). In Barcelona I had the opportunity to study Spanish compositions with the inspirational Ludovica Mosca.
In addition to music, I explored filmmaking co-creating an eight episode web series called Pueblo. The final installment was featured at the Project Twenty-1 Philadelphia Film and Animation Festival! Check out the series here:
Now, back in Colorado, I am working as an educational high school counselor and meanwhile composing new music for my a project I hope to debut in 2015. Keeping that music alive!
